The reality is that a five-person accounting firm and a fifty-person manufacturing company have fundamentally different IT requirements. Previously, our service packages tried to be everything to everyone, which sometimes meant clients were paying for capabilities they didn’t need—or missing out on services that could transform their operations.

Our new structure addresses this by creating distinct service tiers with clear boundaries and transparent pricing. You’ll know exactly what you’re getting, and you can scale up as your business evolves.

  • Faster Response Times: We’ve formalized our response time commitments. Essential Care clients receive same-business-day response for standard issues, while Complete Care clients get 24/7 coverage with guaranteed response times for critical incidents.
